You may receive a message on your screen,
"This pod is now locked for being offline for over 90 days, please contact your Luckyvoice account manager or call 01322721372"
If you get this message, first thing you need to do is check if your machine is connected to the internet, generally this will unlock your pod, but if your remain locked out you will need contact us.
