This is another fairly common issue and has a very wide verity of causes and will require a little user investigation, the issue can range from a simple fix to slightly more complex fix, its best to go through a process of elimination and we'd suggest following the steps below in order - Remember fundamentally your LuckyVoice pod is a windows computer
- First you want to diagnose if this is the computer or the speakers the easiest way to figure this out is to close the software and have the computer play sound from a different source - the easiest way to do this for most is to open your computer browser open YouTube and play a video.
- If you hear the video play the issue is probably windows has muted the software its generally a very simple fix, right click on the audio button on the bottom right of your screen and click open sound mixer and pulled the Luckyvoice slider up to your desired sound level
- If you don't hear audio from youtube you should check again in the audio mixer if sound is turned up
- Check if the speakers are on
- Check if the speakers are plugged in properly and check different USB / Audio Ports to see if this helps
- if possible plug speakers in to a different source and check if the speakers are working
- If possible check if different speakers work out of the PC
