How do I close the Luckyvoice software?

Some times you will need to close your Luckyvoice software to help Diagnose, fix or help your support agent remotely log in to your Luckyvoice software.

There are 3 simple ways to do this

• Enter your management code in the songsearch area followed by E to exit the software an example of this is -123456e just like that, you can also do 123456r to restart your software (You can find your management code in your Luckyvoice welcome pack or in your account in the members zone)
• If you have a keyboard you can also press AltF4 to exit the program
