When you have issues you can't always resolve them as fast as you'd like and some times its necessary to raise your issue with our support team! We still recommend you give it a go your self, most of the issues you will face can be self diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Our FAQ page will be able to fix a lot of the more common issues
The three easiest ways to do this is, Via email, fill out the the support form on our website or to phone us.
Here are some tips for getting your requests sorted as fast
- Always provide your organisations name, venue locations and if possible the pod ID
- If you're contacting via email, or a ticket form, please add your preferred method of contact with the relevant contact information.
- give a description of the issue you are having with as many details as possible, and details of what you have done so far to try and resolve the issue, remember the more details you send the faster we will be able to resolve your issue.
- our support time is 9 until 5 Monday to Friday, so for fastest possible response please contact during these hours.
- always make sure the computer you use for Karaoke is on and connected to the internet this will enable us to connect remotely and resolve your issue.
